  1. by the way, it is illegal to place things in people's mailboxes unless you work for the post office, UPS, FedEx, or UHL. The only part of a mailbox you are allowed to touch if you are not an employee of the above mentioned entities are the little spokes some people have for store advertisements. Next time I find another one of your "newsletters" in my mailbox, i will file a complaint with the city and also inform my neighbors about your violation and encourage them to report it as well.

      shame on Norwood trying to sneak this over on us......too many property taxes as it is.
      all politicians are crooks......

  2. Not sure what you mean by "sneaking."
    It's been discussed on Council floor and the Norwood Health Department has done what it can to get the word out. Without funds available to do any promotion like send postcards to voters (very expensive), print and distribute yard signs (expensive and time-consuming to find people who will agree to place them) or even put fliers on doorknobs (takes a large number of committed volunteers and are generally ignored by most residents), how else would you suggest they "get the word out?"
